Responsibilities

Assist senior customers with placing medical supply orders and navigating their available benefit programs. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, help members understand how to use their benefits, apply eligible discounts, and answer questions about coverage and reimbursements.

This quarterly need is for June 22, 2026 - July 10, 2026. Contractors who successfully complete this quarterly surge will be invited back to each quarterly surge (every 3 months).

Representatives will:

  • Assist in ordering product catalogs.
  • Assist in purchasing products.
  • Assist with placing orders directly for customers.
  • Answer calls related to benefits.
  • Escalate callers to tier 2 team members when necessary.
  • Address all customer questions and concerns empathetically, patiently, positively, and professionally
  • Professionally document expressions of dissatisfaction.

This position requires empathy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing professional, HIPAA-compliant support.

Earnings Potential


  • Pay rate is $0.29/customer interaction minute with a guaranteed minimum of 39 mins per hour
  • Earn up to $17.40/hour equivalent

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule opportunities - you create your own schedule!
  • Schedule available hours Monday-Friday, 7am - 7pm cst.

Work Environment Requirements

  • Quiet, uninterrupted space during all working hours.

Technology Requirements

  • Personal computer (no tablet)
  • Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
  • Wired internet connection, such as cable, fiber optic, or DSL (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or mobile internet)
  • Windows 11 operating system
  • Windows Security/Microsoft Defender Antivirus (included in Windows 11 and free to use), running and up to date
  • Wired USB headset with microphone.
  • A smart phone and be willing to accept texts related to program work.
  • Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.

Important Information

We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington state for this program. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.

Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
