Responsibilities

Join a mission-driven healthcare company as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Customer Service Representative, where you’ll help members access vital medical care every day. Support members by scheduling rides, answering questions, fielding complaints, and ensuring safe, timely transportation to medical appointments. This is a non-sales role for compassionate, detail-oriented professionals who enjoy helping others and making a difference every day.

Earnings Potential

  • Earn up to $0.27 per customer interaction minute (CIM) with a guaranteed minimum of 39 mins (equates to approx. $16.20/hr)

Schedule

  • Choose your own hours
    • Client is open 7am-7pm cst Monday-Saturday

Work Environment Requirements

  • Quiet, uninterrupted space
  • Organized desk area

Technology Requirements

  • Personal computer (no tablet)
  • Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
  • Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
  • Windows 11 operating system
  • Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
  • USB headset with microphone
  • Dual monitors

Important Information

Contractors on this program must live in and work from within the United States or Canada. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.

Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
