Handle inbound calls from Medicaid and Medicare members, as well as healthcare providers, to provide information, resolve issues, and guide callers to the right next steps. In this role, you’ll assist with a variety of healthcare-related inquiries, ensuring callers receive accurate, helpful support. Call types can include:

1. Eligibility
2. Plan partner information
3. ID Card requests 
4. Assistance with Medicaid services such as: Physical health, pharmacy, dental, mental health benefits and substance abuse.

• Earn $0.31/customer interaction minute
• Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.

We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Oregon, California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington state for this program. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.

Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
