Responsibilities

Provide technical support for a cardiac monitoring diagnostic service, helping patients and clinical staff troubleshoot issues, identify problems, and coordinate solutions with other departments. In this role, you’ll handle sensitive health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and must pass a background check to represent the client.

Earnings Potential

  • Earn up to $0.26 per Customer Interaction Minute with the possibility to increase up to $0.32/CIM when weekly hourly thresholds are met.
  • Guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes per available hour.

Skills Needed

  • Strong technical skills needed in order to troubleshoot any problems the customer may experience with their device.
  • Above average problem solving skills and critical thinking ability to listen to the problem then use tools and resources to find a solution.
  • Excellent communication skills needed to respond with a sense of urgency and professionalism and be comfortable responding to customer concerns and issues in real time.
  • Strong customer service skills needed to provide a five star customer experience on every call.
  • Multi-tasking skills needed to navigate multiple websites and systems while being available for incoming calls.
  • Empathy - you may be dealing with sensitive health issues

Work Environment Requirements

  • Quiet, uninterrupted space during work hours

Technology Requirements

  • Personal computer (no tablet)
  • Broadband internet connection, with at least 10 Mbps download speed
  • Wired internet connection, like Cable, Fiber Optic or DSL (no Wi-Fi or mobile internet)
  • Windows 11 operating system
  • Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
  • Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
  • Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
  • Monitor size of 18 inches or larger is highly recommended but not required
  • Contractors must have a smart phone, Android tablet or iPad and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work.
